Sunseeker London‘s Harry Bristow-Holmes reports this afternoon that the Sunseeker Manhattan 70 “GATSBY III” arrived in Florida on Tuesday (4th June) following a 19 day voyage with Complete Marine Freight.
Previously reported on the Sunseeker Blog Book, the unloading of “GATSBY III” marks the 5th delivery by Sunseeker London in as many weeks. Harry Bristow-Holmes comments, “this was never a straightforward delivery as due to the purchaser’s heavy work load, the movement of the vessel from Croatia to La Spezia, Italy and subsequent onward shipment to Port Everglades, Florida was arranged entirely by Sunseeker London at the client’s request. “GATSBY III” will remain in Florida for a short period whilst a number of retrofit works are carried out (installation of an Atlas converter, flybridge crane and underwater lights). Upon completion of these works, “GATSBY III” will embark on the final leg of her journey to Caracas, Venezuela, where she will be permanently berthed.”

The purchaser commented, “I put a lot of trust in Sunseeker London as my busy schedule did not permit me to visit the vessel in person. I first laid eyes on her on board MSC SOCOTRA when she docked in Port Everglades on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the yacht and my family and I look forward to numerous adventures onboard.”
