Sunseeker Poole invites guests to the 2013 British Beach Polo Championships in Sandbanks, Dorset

In support of Variety – The Children’s Charity, Sunseeker Poole hosted a table of guests for the annual British Beach Polo Championships held on the picturesque Sandbanks peninsula this 12-13th July.

At the invitation of Sunseeker Poole, 12 x guests enjoyed an afternoon of fast paced and glamorous beach polo, as teams from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales battled it out for the Championship title. The exciting day was rounded off by a gala dinner and after-party, attended by players, spectators and celebrities to boot.

Spencer Brown and David Jones represented Sunseeker Poole at the event organised by Sandpolo, with Sales Manager Spencer commenting: “The British Beach Polo is a fabulous event for Sunseeker Poole to be involved in, especially as the event is on our doorstep! The weather has been absolutely outstanding this weekend, and the polo and entertainment has been fantastic. Our clients have really enjoyed the day and we are so pleased to be able to lend our support to Variety.”

In fact, one Sunseeker client bid very generously in the charity auction to race in an Audi Q7 against one of the fastest polo ponies playing at the event … but guess who won? The polo pony!
