Directors from Sunseeker Yachts Spain and Sunseeker London gathered for a board meeting at the Group’s Mayfair offices yesterday, with one particular point being high on the (very full) agenda … the distribution of the Sunseeker product in Portugal.
The appointment of a new dealership has been under discussion between Sunseeker Yachts Spain and Sunseeker London for a number of months, and, after having received many applications to carry the Sunseeker name in Portugal, an agreement has been made that Sunseeker Yachts Spain will open their own office in Vilamoura, Portugal.
Sunseeker Spain Sales Director Richard Tilley comments, “We are delighted to appoint Sunseeker Yachts Spain as the agent in Portugal. We have carefully considered all applicants over the last few months and pleased to have made a decision which will benefit Sunseeker sales within Portugal.” Carlos Roig, Managing Director of Sunseeker Spain comments, “We are pleased to expand our business into Portugal and grateful that we have the backing of the Sunseeker London Group as part of this process.” Sunseeker Yachts Spain will open their new Sunseeker office in Vilamoura, Portugal imminently.
