The 8 riders of the Cogs4Cancer team, made up of Adrian Long, Lee Mutch, Robbie Maguire, John Clark, Steve Crowe, Sarah Dawson, Wayne Jones and Sunseeker Superyacht Management‘s Managing Director Ben Young, have so far raised an incredible €100,000 (and counting) for the world’s leading cancer charity.

Departing from the IYCA Quay in Antibes on Saturday 5th October (see below video for their departure), the Cogs4Cancer riders aim to arrive in Palma in time for the 25th Pinmar Golf Tournament which starts tomorrow, 9th October. With day 4 nearing an end and the team arriving in Spain earlier today, the C4C peloton is well on their way to achieving their incredible target.

Having generated a huge amount of press within the yachting community of the South of France, with sponsors including HSH Prince Albert of Monaco, the Cogs4Cancer fundraising effort is one of the single largest donations to Cancer Research UK from a charity event this year.

You can follow the remaining journey on the Cogs4Cancer Facebook Page and also via rider Steve Crowe’s blog. A truly inspiring team effort, you can help their cause by choosing to donate HERE.

The Sunseeker Blog Book wishes the Cogs4Cancer team the best of luck for the remainder of their journey!
