Sunseeker Torquay has had a busy run up to Christmas with a number of sales and some very exciting new listings.

Working in warmer climes this month, Sales Broker Jamie Coombes has completed on the sale of a brokerage Fairline Phantom 46 “DENALI 2” together with Sunseeker Malta.

In the same month Tom Wills secured the sale of the Predator 62 “SEAVEE”, currently lying in Dartmouth. Working together with his colleague Simon Coward from Sunseeker Channel Islands, Tom is happy to report that the Predator 62 underwent a successful sea trial and survey last week, with completion due after Christmas.

Both of these sales are a great start to Sunseeker Torquay‘s new selling year which started on December 1st.
In addition to sales, Jamie Coombes has also managed to secure a siginificant reduction in the price of a very desirable Portofino 47 “OCEAN THERAPY”. Now asking £229,000 VAT Paid, “OCEAN THERAPY” is now one of the most competitively priced 47 Portofinos on the market. Offered for sale with a full Med spec she would make the perfect Christmas present for someone (although we doubt as if she’d fit down the chimney…)

For more information including a full specification for this Sunseeker Portofino 47, view her dedicated Sunseeker Brokerage page HERE.
From the team at Sunseeker Torquay, have very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Keep an eye on our pages for the next sales update from Tom and Jamie…
