Home of acclaimed Irish chef, Richard Corrigan, Corrigan’s Restaurant in Mayfair redefines the concept of quintessential British and Irish cuisine fusing seasonal produce with unmistakable flair.
The menus are inspired by Richard’s humble, rural upbringing – combining 21st century luxury and style with down-to-earth, home-inspired cooking. Corrigan’s can also offer four private spaces available for lunch, dinner or indeed at any other time for spaces of up to 25 guests.

The Colony Club’s contemporary cosmopolitan bar sparkles in its glamorous Park Lane setting and offers a rare fusion of elegance, ambience, style and luxury. Located on Hertford Street, in the middle of London’s Golden Triangle it is ideally located within easy reach of many of London’s top attractions and finest hotels.
Open from 6pm until 3am Sunday to Wednesday and until 4am Thursday to Saturday, the bar boasts a mouth-watering cocktail menu, created by Riccardo Andreotti (previously at Corrigan’s and Galvin) and his talented team.
Signature cocktails take their influence from the four seasons; spring, summer, autumn and winter and are updated regularly. The Dorchester Collection’s country retreat, Coworth Park, is a 45 minute drive from our Sunseeker London offices, located near to Ascot and bordering on Windsor Great Park, this country house hotel is ideal for that night away from the buzz of the city.
The estate includes an award-winning eco-luxury spa with indoor pool and three restaurants including The Spatisserie, brasserie-style food in The Barn and elegant dining at Restaurant Coworth Park.
