Today, the 21st October 2015, our friends at the PAH breast unit are celebrating having raised £2 Million for the breast unit at St Margaret’s Hospital, Epping and The Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow.

The 21st October also marks the day that Marty McFly and Dr. Emmett ‘Doc’ Brown time travelled to from the year 1989 in the Hollywood hit movie ‘Back to the future II’. Even though we are not all using hover skate boards (yet!), an aspiration of changing the course of time can sometimes manifest itself in real life and prove that dreams sometimes do come true.

Victoria Lewis, Corporate Relations lead at PAH breast unit comments, “I can’t believe that the PAH breast unit has raised £2 Million with the help of so many supporters here in London, Essex, Hertfordshire and the UK. It has taken 12 years to reach the £2 Million mark and I hope we will raise an equal amount and more in the future!”
