Casa di Stefano is our neighbour here at Sunseeker London, situated in the heart of Mayfair; a stone throw away from Piccadilly. Casa di Stefano has a delightful array of light and tasty starters, such as the Courgette flower, sage, carrot and broccoli tempura, Tuna Tartare with blood orange and the Beef carpaccio with rocket, Parmesan shavings and truffle just to name a few!
If it’s possible, their ranges of pasta dishes appear even more delicious! Would you pick the exquisite Tagliolini with lobster and sweet chilli or the Mezzelune with ricotta cheese and black truffle?
Casa di Stefano boast an excessive range of delectable mains, try picking between the Veal milanese with rocket and cherry tomatoes, Spicy grilled baby chicken with roasted potatoes or the Pan fried cod with Castelluccio lentils and parsley sauce – my guess is that you may have to return as it’s too difficult to pick! All of these mains can be enjoyed with delicious sides such as Broccoli with garlic and chilli and Cherry tomato and onion, just a couple among their terrific choice of sides.
Casa di Stefano offer a fabulous range of elegant and tasty deserts, such as the Panna cotta with mixed berries (shown above). The fine restaurant offers a dessert for every palate, from a savoury Cheese board to a Selection of sorbets or ice creams and a sweet Apple and pear cake to a rich Chocolate fondant or creamy Profiteroles with nutella. Among the variety of pudding foods is an ample assortment of dessert wines.

Drink: Milk & Honey, Soho

Chalet Arolla – Your Festive Treat
New to the rental market, Chalet Arolla is a newly refurbished luxury conversion of an old traditional chalet in the quieter area of Meribel 1600, which offers ski in and ski out during high season.
Before its conversion the chalet was split into two separate dwellings however, now the upper and lower parts of the building have been combined to offer one luxury chalet with three floors of sumptuous alpine living.
Chalet Arolla sleeps ten, has been personally decorated in a modern, yet cosy style with splashes of vibrant colour. There is a completely open plan living area with the dining room, bar area and sitting room merging into one another to create a welcoming retreat after a day on the slopes. Glass doors allow access to the chalet’s spacious terrace, which is also a perfect afternoon suntrap. On the lower ground floor, there is a mini-spa and steam room, with doors opening out to a large hot tub.
Chalet Arolla is looked after by resident chef Peter Coleman and his wife Lesley. Peter prepares all meals using locally sourced products where possible and is happy to cater to all guests’ tastes.
